Continental Airlines faces a trial on Tuesday over the Concorde Paris crash 10 years ago which killed 113 people.
The airline and two former staff allegedy failed to maintain a DC-10 aircraft blamed for causing the incident.
The supersonic aircraft crashed after taking off from Charles de Gaulle on its way to New York in July 2000.
Investigations have concluded that a piece of metal had fallen off a Continental Airlines flight which then hit the Concorde flight.
Continental has denied responsibility for the crash.
