Travelsphere has introduced smaller group sizes for its 2020 Europe & Worldwide Collection brochure.
From April 2020, every Travelsphere touring holiday will have a maximum of 35 people – except the Grand Tour of Canada – and many will be smaller groups, such as 20, 25 or 30.
Alastair Campbell, Travelsphere’s managing director, said: “We have been studying customer feedback and have been developing the perfect group size for each tour. The focus is on maximising the experience.
“It’s no surprise that the agent incentive is £35 for every Travelsphere booking, as it reinforces the message.”
He added: “Our trade partners continue to be extremely important to us. The trade is core to our growth strategy.
“We will invest in our trade team and are actively looking to recruit more.”
The operator will have a “sizeable presence” at the Association of Touring & Adventure Suppliers Conference in Manchester on September 18-19.
Speakers at the event will include Bruce Poon Tip, founder of G Adventures, which owns Travelsphere, and celebrity Claire Sweeney, an ambassador for Travelsphere sister brand Just You.
The operator also offers free private chauffeur airport transfers on long-haul holidays, and an early‑booking offer of 10% off selected holidays when booked before November 18.
Among the five new tours in the brochure is an 11-day Uzbekistan holiday, and the “welcome return” of Turkey.
A 12-day Treasures of Turkey holiday costs from £1,199, and visits Istanbul, Cappadocia and Troy, while Uzbekistan: The Heart of the Silk Route costs from £1,999 and visits Samarkand, the holy city of Bukhara and the Kyzylkum Desert.
