Flights to Belgium disrupted by strikes

British Airways has been forced to cancel flights to Brussels today due to industrial action in Belgium.

Five flights to the Belgian capital from Heathrow have been affected. The first flight due to operate is at 8.15 tonight. 

“British Airways flights to and from Brussels on Thursday June 9 are affected by industrial action in Belgium”, the airline said.   

Other carriers serving the country are also likely to face disruption over the course of the day.
