South Korea is removing the requirement for international travellers to take a PCR test within 24 hours of arriving in the country.
The easing of the entry rules comes into effect from Saturday (October 1).
It follows the country’s decision earlier this month to scrap pre-arrival testing which had been in place since the country opened its borders in April this year.

Asia tour specialist Inside Travel Group – parent of InsideAsia Tours and InsideJapan Tours – called the move “great news for travel” and said it had come at “a great time”.
Simon King, co-founder of the tour operator, said: “The removal of this final hurdle will doubtless encourage more people to visit, and they will not be disappointed.
