Abta unveils ‘Shaping our Future’ theme for Travel Convention

Abta has unveiled the theme for this year’s Travel Convention in Greece, which will be titled ‘Shaping our Future’.

The convention takes place in Costa Navarino from October 7-9 and will be moderated by Sky News presenter Jonathan Samuels.

Announcing the theme for this year’s event, the association said: “In an ever-evolving world, the actions we take today will define the trajectory of our industry for years to come.

“Shaping our future is a call to action for the industry’s leaders, stakeholders and experts to come together to collaborate on forging a positive, sustainable, innovative, and resilient future.”

The 2024 Travel Convention will return to the venue of the 2015 event, with delegates hosted at either The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort or The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino.

The business sessions will be held at the House of Events, the resort’s dedicated convention centre.

The event is supported by lead partner easyJet holidays, plus headline partners Intrepid Travel and Global, while Travel Weekly will return as trade media partner.

Discounted early booking rates of £695 are being made available until mid-July for Abta members and first Abta Partners to register, and £795 for additional Abta Partners and other delegates. A companion fee of £230 applies for those not attending as delegates.
