Classic Collection to host 250 agents at Agent Achievement Awards celebrations

Classic Collection is to host almost 250 travel agents at various events in the run-up to the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards in July.

The operator is the sponsor of the after-party at the UK & Ireland’s biggest travel agent awards and is due to host a range of agent and supplier partners at the ceremony at London’s Park Plaza Westminster Hotel.

In the build-up to the event on Thursday July 11, its agency sales team will also hold a VIP dinner and lunch before pre-event cocktails.

B2B director Si Morris-Green said: “The Agent Achievement Awards have always been a highlight of our agency sales calendar and are even more so this year as we embark on an exciting new chapter in Classic Collection’s history.

“Moving forward as a 100% agent-focused operator we’re very much looking forward to celebrating the successes and resilience of our agent partners as well as updating them on all the new developments at Classic Collection.”

He added: “We’re looking forward to hosting more agents than ever before at the awards dinner and after-party and thanking them for their continued support. We’d like to wish the very best of luck to all agents who have been nominated.”

Suppliers who have already confirmed their attendance at the awards as partners of Classic Collection include Ikos Resorts, Sani Resort and the Tenerife Tourism Board. Turkey’s Titanic Mardan Palace will also be in attendance as part of the operator’s exclusive Sun Express partnership.
