Premier Travel has expanded its footprint, with the addition of a new managed branch: Hallmark Travel in East Grinstead, West Sussex
The addition of Hallmark Travel brings Premier Travel’s total number of branches to 28 across East Anglia and southern England.
The chain said Hallmark Travel is “a well-established travel agency known for its personal service and expertise”.
Its addition will “further enhance” Premier Travel’s presence and service offerings across the region, added the chain in a statement.
Paul Waters, Premier Travel’s managing director, said: “We are delighted to welcome Hallmark Travel to the Premier Travel family. This partnership aligns perfectly with our growth strategy and enhancing the quality of our services.
“Hallmark Travel shares our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable travel experiences.
“We are confident that their expertise and valued customer relationships will bring significant benefits to our group.”

“Premier’s scale and resources will allow us to enhance our offerings while maintaining the personal service we’re known for.
“We are confident this will create even more value for our customers and staff, and we’re excited about what the future holds.”
Established in 1990, Hallmark Travel has one branch with six staff, in addition to the owners. It will retain its name.
