Agents must opt for suppliers who support them
IN RESPONSE to your front-page lead story about major operators deracked in a dispute over direct bookings (Travel Weekly May 8), I can only agree with the sentiments of the agents quoted. Why should retailers voluntarily undertake a vital marketing function on behalf of suppliers so obviously determined to steal their business?
