Not all operators charge the highest rate
With reference to your premium-rate numbers (Travel Weekly May 15), may I take the opportunity to advise your readers that at North America Travel Service, for the past few years we have had in use a local call reservations telephone number.What’s more is that following our acquisition of our now sister company Key to America/Key to the Caribbean, we too have just introduced local telephone numbers for both programmes.
In addition our flight-only department – the Kennedy Flight Centre – is operated with a reservations telephone number that is absolutely free.
Not only is the phone answered immediately by our expert sales staff, the quotes are faxed through within a guaranteed 24hrs time period and you are only being charged the price of a local call.
