Ireland hosts annual golf tournament

THE ANNUAL ABTA/Irish Golf Tournament will be held in County Wicklow because Kos only boasts a crazy golf course.

Participants will have to travel to Ireland for the event, which is to be held a week before the convention starts.

Its the fifth time there has been no golf course at an ABTA convention, following venues like Budapest and Jerusalem.

However, Kos is building its first golf course which will be completed within the next three years.

Other ABTA social activities include the Welcome Party, which will be held in the Kipriotis Resort and the Farewell Party, which will be held by the harbour in Kos Town.

The road will be closed and a celebratory ship will be brought into the harbour.

ABTA flight and hotel prices

n Scheduled and charter flights will cost £175 (including all taxes).
