EMIRATES has revealed that more than 2,000 premium passengers have taken advantage of its reward programme for first and business-class customers.
UK and Ireland sales manager Vic Sheppard said that 1,800 business-class and 317 first-class customers had used the Executive Selection product by the end of last month.
“The product has certainly helped with our premium bookings. There is always an upsurge when we do these promotions,” said Sheppard.
The selection of free rooms, golfing rounds, duty-free vouchers and airport transfers was launched last November to boost premium traffic.
Sheppard reported premium bookings accounted for 32% of total revenue.
