Forte introduces on-line loyalty programme
FORTE Hotel Group has launched an Internet-based rewards programme.Moments.com went live at the end of last month and replaces its previous schemes including PointsCard and Carte Noire/L’Invitation.
Forte rewards members with points worth £315.90 for every £3,000 spent. Forte said nearest rival Bass Hotels’ Priority Club rewards members with points worth £240.32 for £3,000 spent.
The scheme, divided into blue or gold tiers depending on a member’s annual spend with Forte, awards members with one Moments point for every £2 spent on accommodation, food or drink at any Le Meridien, Heritage Hotels or Posthouse hotels.
Points can be redeemed for room nights, upgrades, and health and beauty treatments at one of Forte’s health clubs.
