Bath Travel opts for FSS
Bath Travel has chosen system supplier FSS’s retail front and back-office system as its first branch-wide computer system.At the same time, it will replace the miniple’s Easyres flight-booking system and in-house consolidated fares system on viewdata with an Internet-style product that will display net and published fares together on front-desk PCs.
The system is being installed in Bath Travel’s 66 branches now, to go live in the autumn.
FSS has also signed contracts to install the FSS Travel System for Dublin-based operator Abbey Travel and flight-only specialist Flyaway Tours.
