Gateway cities line up for northern exposure

Great Lakes states gain from new services

They are beginning to receive greater exposure in tour operators’ programmes through more gateway air services, such as Continental Airlines’ daily non-stop flights between Gatwick and Cleveland in Ohio. Chicago in Illinois and Detroit in Michigan are other growing options. Travel Weekly looks at new options in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan.
