ELEGANT Hotels Group, the largest hotel operator in Barbados, has launched a Web site (www.eleganthotels.com) featuring details of all its luxury properties.Elegant Hotels Group, which is featured by most long-haul operators including Kuoni and British Airways Holidays, owns the Colony Club, Tamarind Cove, Crystal Cove, Coconut Creek and Turtle Beach Resort.The company also owns the Trade Winds boutique-style hotel in Antigua.The site gives details of facilities provided at each hotel as well as information on groups and incentives opportunities, golf holidays and wedding and honeymoon bookings. Details are also given on rates and special offers available at each hotel.Elegant Hotels group director sales and marketing Ann Adenius said the site was designed to be easy to navigate.”We are really pleased with the design of the Web site and hope we’ve created a one-stop information resource on the Elegant Hotels Group for the travel trade,” she said.At this stage, the Web site cannot be used to make on-line reservations but a spokeswoman said this was something the group was looking at for the future.
