ON THE MOVE:
n Hertz has promoted Sheelagh Collins to head of leisure sales, UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, Belgium and Luxembourg. She was previously retail sales manager, UK andIreland.n Lisa Bennett has joined Haven as senior product manager. She previously worked for four years at Thomson Holidays as product manager.
n Devitt Insurance Services has announced two new appointments. Robert Smith has been promoted from head of travel and leisure to sales and marketing director. Alex Minajew takes over the position of head of travel and leisure, he was formerly business development manager.
n Federico Toja has joined Festival Cruises as sales director for conventions. He joins from the Starwood Hotel chain where he was director of sales at the Grand Hotel in Rome. It has also expanded its sales reservations team with the appointments of Carly Payne, Danielle Dowling and Lianne Matkin, all students from travel and tourism college courses.
n Anne Armstrong has been appointed as regional manager for the Midlands for the Hotel and Catering Training Company Limited. She previously spent 17 years at Gardner Merchant (now Sodexho) starting as relief chef manager and leaving as operations director.
