Sales plan for Lancashire


THE Lancashire Tourism Partnership is launching a conference marketing initiative next month, which will outline the different products and venues on offer in the region.



The partnership, which represents a group of over 100 meetings destinations and venues based in the county, has produced a Conference 2000 venues guide, containing details of a number of properties, including the Preston Marriott Hotel and Blackburn Rovers Football Club.



It will also launch a programme of exhibitions to be held in the area throughout the year.



A new sales manager and a team of staff to run a special conference information hotline are due to be announced shortly.
