WORLD Travel Market organisers are reminding Meridian Club members that they must register for this year’s event.

Membership of the exclusive club is open to key business executives but they have to be nominated each year by exhibitors.

The organisers stress that delegates who were club members last year should not assume they have Meridian Club privileges this year. Meridian Club members are given exclusive access to WTMfor the first two days.

Other benefits include fast-track entry on all four days of the event, a dedicated Meridian Club lounge where delegates can go for refreshments, and a venue for informal discussions, away from the exhibition halls.

WTM relationship marketing manager for Meridian Club Alix Blumson said: “Meridian Club has become so popular it has changed the way in which the international industry conducts business. It also means there are many more people wanting to attain annual membership than ever before.

“It is important for them to respond quickly so they can receive their badges, pin number and information packs and can start crucial preparations in the run-up to World Travel Market.”

Blumson added: “The pre-event pack, which allows them to arrange appointments, gives club members a competitive edge.”
