Go starts flights to Tenerife

GO, the British Airways subsidiary, has started a service to Tenerife.

The move marks the first time a low cost scheduled service airline has flown to the island. There will be up to four flights a week and prices lead in at £148 return, including taxes.

David Magliano, sales and marketing director of Go, said: “Tenerife is a great addition to our European Network, it has equal appeal to young and old, families and couples, giving everyone the chance to go on a winter break for less. Go is about giving customers what they want and at this time of year we need sunshine at low prices.”

Go is also offering customers special deals until October 2, 2000. Return flights to Palma and Malaga lead in at £50 return, including taxes, and special offers are also available to Alicante and Tenerife. To book flights visit the Go Web site at www.go-fly.com.
