Crystal expands Slovenia product for 2001
CRYSTAL Holidays has added to its Slovenia product for next year, introducing the capital Ljubljana to its Cities programme and widening the choice of its lakes and mountains packages.
Two new three-star hotels are featured in the coastal resort of Portoroz – the Barbara and Lucija, priced from £309 and £289 respectively for seven nights half-board.
The resort, featured as a lakes and mountains destination, is also offered in combination with Ljubljana, where Crystal introduces the three-star Austrotel and four-star Grand Hotel Union.
Eastern Europe product manager Stevan Popovich said: “Slovenia has sold phenomenally well this year. There’s real awareness now of Slovenia as a serious lakes and mountains player.
“However, our greatest growth has been at the seaside, where there’s strong demand for Piran and Portoroz.”
