&#42 Travelscene has appointed Kate Woodridge as sales manager for the south of England. She joins from Stena Line where she was regional sales manager for London and the Anglia region.

&#42 Gold Medal Travel’s Tracey Hirsz has been promoted to business development executive, Scotland. Her role will focus on supporting travel agents in the area.

&#42 Virgin Sun has strengthened its senior management team. Deleyse Langdale has been appointed overseas operations manager. Former JMC Holidays contracts manager Gary Orr joins Virgin in the same role.

&#42 Hertz UK’s key account manager for Scotland Allison Graham has been promotedto national account manager. She will continue to look after the Scottish leisure market butwill now assume responsibility for Worldchoice members across the country.

&#42 JMC Holidays has appointed David Smith to the role of brand communications manager. Smith will be taking up the role following a 10-year career in travel including marketing positions with Butlins, British Airways Holidays and most recently KLM where he helped launch low-cost airline Buzz.
