Operator signs with QXL.com
THOMASCOOK.com has signed a deal with QXL.com to launch the UK’s first dedicated on-line travel auction site.
The co-branded site – www.qxl.com/thomascook – will go live later this month offering mainly JMC and Thomas Cook Holidays. Talks are also taking place with a number of other operators.
Meanwhile, John Paul Sanders has been appointed head of customer experience at thomascook.com with responsibility for developing on-line content, while Tanya Lidstone has been recruited from travelstore.com to become site manager.
