RECRUITMENT specialist New Frontiers has devised a new-style CV that will give prospective employers a better profile of candidates.
Called the 3-D CV and launched at Travel ’99, it includes a psychometric test which creates a profile of the candidate’s character at work, including a rundown of their potential strengths and weaknesses.
“We have been talking to our clients to see if this would be useful and they all liked the idea,” said reservation division team leader Sarah Newton, who added it had been trialled on New Frontiers’ own staff and found to be a very exact system.
Anyone who signs up with New Frontiers can take the test for free and it will be used by the recruitment company when presenting the candidate for a position.
Individuals can buy a copy of the results for £5.
