Mystery Shopper called on agents in Sunbury and Staines this week to enquire
about weekend packages to Berlin. Mystery Shopper wanted a hotel and flight
deal. In response, all the agents offered traditionalcity-break operators. The
winner was Going Places where the consultant made a bit more effort than the
rest.

Each week, Mystery Shopper will be calling on agents in different areas.
Stars are awarded to agents that score for:
* Agency appearance
* Product knowledge
* Staff attitude
* Brochure racking
* Sales technique
The top-scoring agency each week receives a Travel Weekly certificate of
commendation
