Personal shoppers
For those that would rather spend their time at theairport relaxing, a complimentary personal shopping service is available. This can be arranged by phoning the BAA Shopping Information Line in advance, or organised at the airport’s Personal shopping desk.
Personal shoppers take your credit card, boarding pass and shopping list to pick up the goods, returning with a credit-card slip for signature. Alternatively, a personal shopper can be booked to accompany the passenger around the store to advise on purchases.
Shopping collection
A shopping collection service is available at Heathrow, Gatwick, Glasgow Stansted, Edinburgh and Aberdeen for passengers travelling within the EU. BAA will look after all purchases until the passenger returns. Goods are collected from specific points in the arrivals area.
Arrivals Shopping
BAA research shows that 50% of arriving passengers would use an arrivals store. The service is available now at Gatwick North and South and HeathrowTerminals 1, 3 and 4.
