Victim of our own success
I WOULD like to apologise sincerely to the agent for the problems experienced in contacting our client and agent services department recently (Travel Weekly March 19).
We have been victims of our own success this year and reassure you that we are working hard to ensure much faster response times and improved overall service levels. Developments include dedicated phone lines for each one of our 11 products and an ongoing extensive recruitment and training programme.
