Time to wake up, Ryanair
I FULLY endorse ABTA’s stance of pursuing money owed by Ryanair to agents. It has been a long time coming for an organisation to stand up to this type of behaviour from large companies which think they can dictate to smaller ones in the respect of how their business should be run
It’s high time Ryanair woke up and realised agents are an important aspect of its organisation.
I know Tim Jeans keeps harping on about the percentage of bookings done over the Internet but I wonder if he has ever looked into the percentage booked by agents.
