Goldenjoy Holidays has launched a Web site enabling customers to book on-line. Agents booking through the site will receive an extra 1% commission over and above the normal rate. The site, which includes details of brochures and special offers, can be found at www.goldenjoy.co.uk.

Domestic operator British Holidays has promised to give agents £10 if their calls are not answered within 20 seconds. The move follows the investment of £200,000 in technology and telephone system.
