Report by Lydia Wilson
TRAVEL and tourism training organisation Ttento will have a
theme of staff retention and recruitment at its annual conference in Coventry next
month.
Recruitment, training and staff retention within the travel
industry is a growing problem, according to Ttento chief executive Caroline
Horrigan, who will help delegates focus on career opportunities and skills
development at the conference on July 4 and 5 in Coventry’s Posthouse hotel.
Visitors will be offered the chance to hear about
developments in e-learning and attend presentations by, among others, Learning
and Skills Development Agency director Graham Peeke.
