Thirty Not Just Travel consultants have returned from a week exploring Orlando as part of the agency’s latest Elite Experience trip.
The agents flew from Manchester airport with Not Just Travel’s trade partner Aer Lingus, which showcased the ease of the route.
They were hosted by Universal Destinations & Experiences and Visit Orlando on the seven-night mentorship retreat.
Their itinerary featured a VIP experience at Universal Orlando Resort, including the Macy’s Christmas Parade and behind-the-scenes access to see how some of the top attractions work.
Partnerships with Visit Orlando and Do Something Different meant the agents could explore other attractions in the destination, including a comedy and magic show.
They also received business advice from some of Not Just Travel’s most successful agents, as well the company’s co-founder, Steve Witt.

“We believe we have the best training in the industry. Our travel consultants work incredibly hard to deliver exceptional service to their clients, but true magic happens in Universal when they shift their focus inward – onto their own development and growth,” said Witt.
“Each Elite Experience is proven to be transformative, designed to empower travel consultants to elevate their businesses and unlock new levels of success.”
Elite Experiences are available to consultants who have been in the business for at least six months and have built a solid income stream.
Dave Cole, EMEA senior business development manager at Universal Destinations & Experiences, added: “Working with Not Just Travel has been amazing. The entire team has been so hungry to learn and embrace everything about the Universal experience.”
Not Just Travel consultant James Lewis highlighted how the agents stayed at Universal Orlando Resort’s Sapphire Falls Hotel, noting its proximity to the resort “is a key selling point for clients”.
“Over three intensive days, we enjoyed high-impact coaching sessions, with topics ranging from increasing efficiency and enhancing the customer experience to innovative ways to attract new clients. This experience has been transformative for my business,” said Lewis.
Casandra Matej, president and chief executive of Visit Orlando, commented: “Orlando offers a wide range of experiences for UK visitors, both within the theme parks and beyond.
“Our goal for this trip was to expand perspectives, empowering Not Just Travel advisors to be able to offer authentic, firsthand recommendations that will resonate with their clients.”
