Fred Olsen Cruise Lines has launched a training platform to help agents “sell confidently and boost sales”.
The Fred Olsen Cruise Lines Academy offers “bite-sized learning modules” on the brand, its fleet and itineraries, for agents to complete at their own speed.
This is the first time the cruise line has integrated online training into its own systems, which gives it control over the content as well as the ability to introduce interactive elements like quizzes and games.
Fred Olsen Cruise Lines Academy will also have an artwork builder to enable agents to create promotional materials “more efficiently”.
Agents that finish all of the online training modules will be offered the chance to attend ship visits and educational cruises.
