Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises have appointed new chief commercial officers amid a raft of leadership changes.
Nathan Hickman will become Oceania’s chief commercial officer while Wes D’Silva will transition into the role at Regent.
The pair will each be responsible for sales, marketing and revenue management and report into Jason Montague, who took up the position of chief luxury officer for the two Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) brands earlier this year.
Hickman has worked for NCLH since 2003, most recently serving as Oceania Cruises’ senior vice-president of global marketing and, prior to that, vice-president of trade engagement and guest experience.
D’Silva most recently held the position of senior vice-president of revenue management at Regent and has worked at NCLH since 2016, with previous roles at Prestige Cruise Holidays.
NCLH has also made a series of other promotions covering both brands, which see Steve Odell become senior vice-president of international and consumer sales; Patricia Sheer lead global guest services and guest relations operations; and James Worth assume the position of vice-president of brand finance and strategy.
Last month, Oceania also appointed Brennan Quesnele as senior vice-president of sales. He will lead the line’s North America trade sales teams.
This comes after former Oceania Cruises president Frank Del Rio Junior stepped down following two years in the role.
