Peaks delivers £70k in agent benefits

Agents earned more than £70,000 in “tangible” rewards during the turn of year peaks period.

The figure – up 52% year-on-year – was disclosed by agent rewards and incentives firm My Booking Rewards (MBR).

Almost 13,500 bookings were logged with the company between December 1 and January 31 representing a combined sales revenue of £68 million.

MBR described peaks as continuing “unstoppable growth” with figures “up significantly” on 2024, which saw £46,000 in agent rewards earned, 10,727 bookings logged and £64 million secured in supplier sales revenue.

The firm has so far welcomed 544 new agents during 2025 peaks.

Chief executive Darren Pearson said: “Integral to MBR’s continued success is the agent-supplier relationship and to support this with a drive for increased earning power on the scale we have seen during peaks 2025 is phenomenal. It is proof that we are doing exactly what we set out to do with huge benefits on both sides.

“The year-on-year growth we see during peaks is always a wow moment and it’s a true testament to the value MBR’s agile technology brings to both our agents and our suppliers in terms of significant bonuses and increased sales ROI.

“And, of course, peaks is not over for us. We urge any agent not already registered with MBR to do so now to see their earnings grow. They can also bag their place at the eighth annual peaks performance awards and celebrate with us in May.”
