It has recently been brought to my attention that another tour operator to Canada has been making false accusations about 1st Class Holidays’ trading policies.
I would like to take this opportunity to set the record straight, for any agents who have the wrong impression about our company. As a founder member of Truly Independent Professional Travel Organisation, 1st Class Holidays has invested large amounts of time and money in supporting the independent travel trade.
We do not actively sell/market direct to the public. We will not undercut our agent partners to acquire more direct customers. We actively refer direct callers to our travel agent partners in their vicinity. We encourage all travel agents to put us to the test to finally establish which operator really is ‘the travel agent’s friend’.
