JMC HOLIDAYS has launched a number of Viewdata enhancements
following feedback from agents.
The changes allow agents to book and cancel holiday add-ons
including secure airport parking, late checkout, car hire and private taxi transfers.
In addition, name changes can be carried out via the Viewdata system.
JMC director of sales Ian Derbyshire said: “With the
increasing pressure of time, agents want instant access to book, amend and
cancel the various elements of the customers holidays.
“In response to this we have enhanced Viewdata to make it
easy for customer requests to be incorporated into the booking.”
