Tip 1: Getting out the road map was a nice touch. This gave me a better idea of the best route to my destination.
Tip 2: Give the client as many travel options as possible. By pointing out the option to use Hoverspeed, the Expertravel consultant gave me plenty of choices to consider and enabled me to be more flexible.
