Swansea prepares for takeoff

Swansea Airport owner Martin Morgan, right, celebrates the launch of the first international service with Air Wales deputy chairman John Evans. The thrice-daily service to Dublin, operated with a 19-seat Air Wales Dornier 228 aircraft, will start on October 16. Morgan said: “We are on the first rung of the ladder as a scheduled airport. In the future we could have routes to Amsterdam, Paris, Brussels and London.”
