Open letter to the travel trade
I would like to pass on my sincerest sympathy to anyone involved or affected by the tragic events in New York last month.
I would also like to personally thank all the agents who have helped Bales Worldwide customers with enquiries following the events of September 11. Agents may not be aware that all our departures have gone ahead, with the exception of Pakistan, and they should reassure customers they are still able to travel.
It is heartening to note that most of our customers are still choosing to travel and agents should remember Bales features 60 destinations worldwide, the majority of which are not affected.
