leisure ventures to acquire international academy

LEISURE Ventures, the cash shell set up by former Airtours
managing director Harry Coe, is to acquire specialist sports operator
International Academy in a deal worth £7 million.

International Academy operates two ski operations and a
football operation that sends teams to train with the coaches of famous clubs
such as Liverpool, Bayern Munich, AC Milan, Arsenal and Real Madrid.

Coe said Leisure Ventures plans to turn the International
Academy into a “global business”.
