FORMER Institute of Travel and Tourism chief executive Linda Gibson has abandoned her appeal against an employment tribunal ruling that found her guilty of racial discrimination against a former employee. Gibson started appeal proceedings after losing the case brought by former ITT staff member Gina Superville last year (Travel Weekly November 22). Gibson later stepped down as ITT chief executive.
