End of road for Bridge Britain and Ireland

THE
BRIDGE Britain and Ireland brand will disappear from the trade after it was
bought by Holidaybreak.

Holidaybreak’s
UK hotel division, Superbreak, has also acquired Bridge’s Legoland and airport
hotels programmes, believed to be £2 million, and the London Travel Service.

Two
product staff at MyTravel-owned Bridge are “discussing their future”, while
more than 20 reservation and administration staff have been redeployed within
the business.
