London’s first all-inclusive luxury hotel, No 41, will open in March 2000. Overlooking Buckingham Palace, it will feature 20 bedrooms and charge a flat rate of £325 per person per night. This includes unlimited snacks and breakfast, selected brand drinks, use of telephone, fax, computer, and mobile phone, butler service and a secretary on request. n kuoni’s peter grace joins superclubs



SuperClubs has appointed Kuoni head of products Peter Grace as European sales and marketing director. Grace joins on January 4, replacing Martin Grass who left in August. The company has also moved its UK office to Surbiton. It can be contacted on 0208 339 4150.



n more all-inclusives added to brochure



Cresta Worldwide has increased the number ofall-inclusive properties in its 2000 brochure from 46 to 56. The majority of the new properties are in the Caribbean. The lead-in price is £631 per person for five nights at the Riu Turquesa in Varadero, Cuba, with flights from Gatwick by Cubana.



n elite offers new deal in maldives



Elite Vacations is featuring a new all-inclusive package in the Maldives, based on the remote southern island of Gan, a 90min flight from capital Mahe. The package costs £975 per person for five nights or £1,309 for 12 nights at the 78-room Equator Village and includes flights, all meals, drinks, fishing, island-hopping trips, a beach excursion, snorkelling and bicycle hire.



n fortina added to belleair programme



Malta specialist Belleair Holidays has added the all-inclusive Fortina Hotel in Sliema to its winter 1999/2000 programme. Prices start at £338 per person for seven nights or £474 for 14 nights, including flights, transfers and accommodation. A boat excursion, underwater safari and harbour cruise are included in the price.
