Galileo UKhas installed a new help desk call distribution system that prioritises urgent calls from agents. In addition, a visual display allows the Galileo service agent to know what a call is about before speaking to the agent.

Cheshire-based Travelwise claims to be the first travel agent to offer clients access to the Galileo global distribution system via its Net-Wise Web site – www.travelwiseint.com – to make air and hotel bookings. Ticketing and hotel vouchers are handled by the agency.
