THOMSON is introducing a £5 fuel supplement across all
of its tour operating brands from tomorrow (June 8).
The move is in response to the current oil crisis and
will apply to sales of all summer 2004, winter 2004/05 and
summer 2005
holidays.
It follows a similar move by Thomas Cook, which
started charging a £5 supplement on June 4.
A Thomson spokeswoman said: “The
price of oil is at a very high level so it’s something we have to do.”
