BRITISH Airways will step up its weekly Heathrow to India flights from 19 to 35 from Sunday.
The move contributes to the saturation of seats this winter as UK airlines jostle to capture pent-up market demand for the route.
The airline’s growth will include a double-daily Mumbai service, up from daily; and Chennai flights will increase from two to six weekly.
BA is adding Bangalore to its destinations on Sunday starting with a five-times-weekly service.
