Thomas Cook adds Istria for 2007

THOMAS Cook is expanding its Croatia programme for summer 2007 to offer the northern province of Istria and cruises along the Dalmatian Coast.

The new Croatia product will include self-catering, half-board and all-inclusive accommodation in Rovinj, Porec and Umag.

Thomas Cook is also offering the Sol Umag, a four-star Finesse hotel, priced from £469 per person half-board with flights and transfers.

One-week cruises on vintage ships from Split are also offered, calling at Mijet, Dubrovnik, Korcula and Hvar. Prices start at £659 per person half board with flights and transfers.

Thomas Cook product manager Rachael Kelley said: “Sales each summer have doubled since we introduced Croatia three years ago.

“It is unspoilt, and still off the beaten track for most holidaymakers.”
