Kuoni Group has bought destination management company Asian Trail Holding.
Operating out of its headquarters in Hong Kong, Asian Trails Holding has offices in Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam.
Kuoni Group said the acquisition underlines its expansion strategy in destination management and further strengthens its position in Asia. It would not reveal the value of the merger.
