I was led to the brochure racks which had quite a limited supply and the consultant pointed out the Kuoni brochure.
She was obviously not familiar with the destination or with any hotels there and so started aimlessly reading a few of the descriptions.
She also pointed out the Hayes and Jarvis brochure and said that there may be cheaper prices available in the lates market but they would not be available until eight weeks before departure. Polite consultant but very lacklustre service.
