Future Travel divisions see January sales boost – 18 Jan 2007

Two divisions of homeworking company Future Travel have enjoyed a sales boost during January after adopting a new approach to marketing.

The Personal Travel Advisors division is up 20% on the same time last year, while Instant Cruise Holidays is up 35% on the same period.

Personal Travel Advisors and Instant Cruise Holidays general manager Fay Thompson said there are several key reasons for the results.

She said the company has put new marketing strategies in place in the last six months, which included developing the divisions of Future Travel as one brand.

She added: “Our close tie-up with the Passenger Shipping Association Retail Agents scheme last year means our homeworkers in both divisions are benefiting from increased product awareness and training from our cruise suppliers, enhancing their sales.

“Our homeworkers are dedicated to offering the best service and receive great testimonials from their clients. Obviously great customer service and loyal clients who are recommending our homeworkers to their friends, family and colleagues are playing their part too.”
