Wayte Travel Management has bought fellow Advantage business travel member Executive and Business Travel, for an undisclosed fee.
Stoke on Trent-based Wayte Travel will complete the deal at the end of January and Executive and Business Travel will be re branded as Wayte Travel Management with immediate effect.
Both agencies are members of Advantage’s 90-strong business travel agency group Focus Patnership.
The enlarged agency will have a workforce of 29 with all 10 sales staff employed by Excutive and Business Travel continueing to work from the St Helier-based office.
